Investment Trusteeship:

The company offers investment trusteeship in exchange for the agreed upon fees, including:

1. Manage, follow up and monitor customers’ investments, to make sure they concord with the investment standards and objectives as set in the Investment Management Agreement signed by the customer and the investment manager, and in accordance with the related and set Laws, Regulations, Instructions and Requirements in this regard.
2. Work as an investment secretary mutual funds

Investment Management:

The company provides investment management services against pre-determined management and performance fees. These services include:

1. Portfolio management services (on discretionary basis). Under this arrangement, the portfolio shall be managed in line with investment policy of the account owner as per the investment management contract, which also states the powers and duties of the investment manager.

2. Investment manager for mutual funds.
